Who we are
Insulation is our single focus
National Chemical Corporation supplies Expandable Polystyrene — Thermapore — to builders, contractors, cold-storage operators, poultry farmers and packaging manufacturers.
We are not a general trading house carrying EPS as a sideline. Insulation is what we sell and what we know, which means the advice you get is specific: the right density for the load, the right thickness for the temperature difference, and the right form for how you intend to fix it.
Every order is backed by material drawn directly from the manufacturing plant, so the density and dimensions you approve on the first delivery are the ones you receive on the tenth.

Specification support
Tell us the application — a roof slab, a cold-room panel, a poultry shed ceiling — and we will recommend a density and thickness rather than leaving you to guess from a price list.
Cutting & fabrication
Material is cut to the sheet sizes and thicknesses your drawing calls for, which cuts site wastage and the labour spent trimming boards by hand.
Supply & delivery
EPS is bulky and light, so transport planning matters. We schedule deliveries around your pour dates and site access instead of dropping a load and leaving.
After the delivery
Questions about handling, storage, fixing or protecting the material on an open site are answered by the same people who took your order.
